One second off the provincial top spot, and with the most compromised horizon on this entire list. Urduna/Orduna spent 65 seconds inside the shadow, from 20:27:27 to 20:28:32, against Lanestosa's 66, but its terrain clearance came to exactly 2.0 degrees: the minimum value the model treats as sufficient before saturating the component. Put another way, the index awarded it full horizon marks by a whisker, when in practice two degrees under a Sun at eight means the western relief was eating three quarters of the available height.

Its position also makes it an outlier within the province: almost a quarter of a degree of latitude below the rest of the Biscayan municipalities with totality, detached from the Encartaciones block. That cost it on the clock too: it was the first of the six Biscayan entries here to lose the Sun, at 21:18:51, with the eclipse still in progress. Its sky record, 18.2% of open sky in the 1996-2025 register, is the territory's usual figure and not that of the day itself.
